The work involved widening of the N-632 road to upgrade it to motorway standard, with a total length of 7 km. It included enlargement of the Pintor Fierros Viaduct (a singular structure 381 m long with a central arch with a span of 194 m), construction of 3 new viaducts (Ferreras 140 m, Ribón 124 m and Cadavedo 423 m), a cut-and-cover tunnel, and various overpasses and underpasses, as well as a complete junction. For this work, we initially (2003-2004) performed the construction design and subsequently (2004-2006) the assistance to the site management including: technical and quality monitoring, economic monitoring, environmental supervision, health and safety coordination and general support.
